DZ Exit off Dump Recovery

Coaching Point:

When you use the width and depth of the ice surface in your own zone it should be easy to exit the zone.  With the defence pairing getting into both corners, the centre covering the net zone and the wingers coming deep along the boards you should be able to exit against a pressure forecheck.  Your players must get five in the box using the full width and depth of the ice surface.  Patience and practice will perfect your team’s ability to exit under pressure.
