Winning Puck Battles Along The Boards

Any good hockey person knows that hockey is a game of time and space. The team that wins the time and possession game generally has more shots on net and likely wins the hockey game. How many teams draft or select hockey players who have the grit, courage and ability to play in tight spaces and win puck battles? I think the best teams look for this type of player because without enough of them on your team you have limited offensive or defensive capabilities.
